Mr. Dave is the Principal in charge of engineering projects. His responsibilities include administration, planning, project coordination, client and regulatory liaison, budgets and accounting, contract administration, and general supervisory duties.

He has worked as a Project Manager, responsible for the preparation of construction plans and specifications for highways, bridges, water and wastewater treatment plants, distribution facilities and pumping stations.
