INDOT DESIGN EXPERIENCE:

Mr. Bislich is a Project Manager, who has been responsible for the design of a variety of civil engineering projects. These projects include the design of commercial developments, residential subdivisions, rural and urban roadways, traffic signals, as well as drainage and channel improvements. His design duties consist of plan development, specifications, pavement design, right-of-way engineering, lighting layout, hydraulic analysis, storm and sanitary sewer design.

He is on the approved list of traffic signal designers for the City of Indianapolis.

He has assisted in the administration of Community Focus Fund Grants and has prepared construction plans and specifications to grant standards.

In addition, he worked as a Project Engineer with the Indiana Department of Highways as a Bridge Engineer, where he prepared construction plans for both steel and concrete
