Mr. Rees is a Survey Party Chief, responsible for field surveys, survey book preparation, and cost estimates for a variety of civil engineering projects. Experience includes work on numerous Indiana Department of Transportation projects, subdivisions, runways, parking lots, and buildings. He also was responsible for the location of an intercontinental fiber optic phone cable.
